The calendar would look like this...month off...work half day...1 week off...work 1/3 day...month off...someone threw a shoe no work for 2 weeks...work 1/2 day...off 4 days...work 1/4 day...altercation no work for 3 weeks...4 week holiday...2 more weeks for a feast...Ramadan...feast...1 day of work.....start all over
