Just wanted all to know, I went to my local WF Main Branch today to open a non-interest bearing checking account. The Personal Banker was very helpful, he didn't know about the TAG acronym, but there was a "Temporary" FDIC tri-fold on his desk that explained the concept and requirements, once I showed that to him, he understood and verified the information regarding unlimited guarantee of funds. He also verified that they had not been given any training or information on the Dinars, but that he had had others come in over the last few weeks opening these accounts and mentioning Dinars but with no explanation. Once I educated him about the possibility and the currency exchange, he understood, was very helpful, said he would monitor their internal screens for currency and call me as soon as he had a change. I had been leery about WF due to others in my past that had had problems with the bank, but I have to say, this was one of the most positive banking experiences I have had. Just wanted to give folks a heads up and confirmation of what I experienced in Colorado today. R
