I:)Purchased the dinar 7 years ago as a flyer type of investment but have been paying more serious attention to it and trying to follow the news, the hype and distinguish between them and  wonder about all the delays and what is the cause.

With the lopping of the zeros coupled by a 3.4% move in the dinar I can't help but wonder if US Governmental and Financial agencies are wanting to keep the dollar stronger in Iraq and limiting the RV of the dinar. Also, different that Kuwait there is a huge amount of investors in the US and around the world and question if Iraq truly wants a substantial RV so all can cash in or are they wary of that?
