Currently living in Sarasota, Florida with his wife Zhen. Dave is originally from Virginia and the 2nd of 10 children. The military life allowed for travel to places like Hawaii, Texas and Europe. Soon after earning a BS at George Mason University (1976), Dave began working towards his MBA. After 15 years in healthcare and medical equipment sales, Dave entered the financial services field in 1985. The following industry/educational programs, courses and memberships have been completed; Certified Financial Planner (1990), Certified Estate Planner, Certified Tax Preparer, Registered Financial Consultant, Certified Medicaid Planner.

As an independent financial professional, Dave has more choices and solutions to offer clients in the changing markets and environments. In addition Dave continues to form relationships with EAs, CPAs, Elder/Estate planning attorneys, and other professionals to keep up with the latest financial products, innovations and strategies that benefit his clients. Most importantly I will be a grandfather for the first time this Feb (15) as my daughter Claire and her husband Wil in Charlotte NC are expecting. My hobbies include; sports, cooking, travel, gardening, history, computers, music, family, good health and politics.
