About Me
I am a consumer advocate, certified as a FICO Pro and FCRA specialist. As a consumer analysist, I review credit reports. I then assist victims of creditors and credit reporting agencies that place unlawful data in their credit report. My objective is to help people through financial literacy learn how to live inside their current income and exercise their consumer rights to maintain what they have. As a debt counselor I often wonder how many in anticipation of 'becoming millionaires' have actually got a plan in preparation for a drastic change in their lifestyle. I do believe this RV will happen and have ready my two 'TO DO' lists ready with my priorities edited over the years. I have a list for the anticipated SMALL amount and a different TO DO list for the hopeful larger amount anticipated in the RV. Being prepared, having a PLAN 'B' in place is a necessity, no matter what amount of money you live on or hope to live on. From my years experience in working with people facing money management challenges, I have observed it is far more exciting to 'anticipate' the coming of change than to actually research, develope and structure a plan for change. That requires an inventory of who we really are and determining our real wants and needs. I can only hope that before much money is wasted on friviluous wants, those unskilled in personal money management will seek professional advice of a trusted financial planner, a reputable tax attorney and still sleep on it before making big decisions. The RV will be life altering for millions of people, and for some, it is but another bandaide to hold life together as they know it. Even more reason to think about "NOT IF" the RV happens, but "WHEN" the RV happens....
